We have taken a proactive approach to our service in order to maintain our standards in each and every facility we service. Our sustainable cleaning programs utilize LEED-certified cleaning products, sustainable cleaning procedures, and team cleaning plans to conserve building energy.
Our program consists of the following quality assurance procedures:
- Monthly or bi-monthly inspections are performed to ensure cleanliness. Customer services has been the basis of our success. We work closely with each customer on special needs and requests.
- Area managers work closely with in-house supervisors on a nightly basis to ensure quality. They prepare written evaluations of their buildings on a regular basis.
- In-house supervisors make a nightly inspection of their facility and are responsible for proper shut-down.
- Log books are utilized as a tool for nightly communication between the cleaning staff and the customer. They are also used as a security tool, logging any after-hours activity.
