We have taken a proactive approach to our service in order to maintain our standards in each and every facility we service. We are able to address concerns before they become issues in the eyes of our customers.
Our program consists of the following safety nets:
- Monthly or bi-monthly inspections are performed to ensure cleanliness. Customer services has been the basis of our success. We work closely with each customer on special needs and requests.
- Area managers work closely with in-house supervisors on a nightly basis to ensure quality. They prepare written evaluations of their buildings on a regular basis.
- In-house supervisors make a nightly inspection of their facility and are responsible for proper shut-down.
- Log books are utilized as a tool for nightly communication between the cleaning staff and the customer. They are also used as a security tool, logging any after-hours activity.
