Our Sustainable Cleaning Program, developed in partnership with 3M, Johnson Diversey and Spartan Chemical, through the use of certified cleaning products, tools and equipment, is a cleaning program that meets GreenGuard certification standards. This program benefits the cleaners and customers by providing a safer and cleaner working environment.
Regency Janitorial provides sustainable cleaning utilizing LEED certified cleaning products, and appropriate sustainable cleaning methods following LEED sustainable cleaning guidelines. We use microfiber mops and cleaning cloths where applicable, as well as Silver certified HEPPA filtered vacuums.
Part of sustainable cleaning is recycling of appropriate materials. Regency provides collection and proper disposal of materials that tenants have separated. In addition, while cleaning, Regency crews are aware of energy conservation and use only the lights needed for proper cleaning.
